Strayz products are all about transparency and uncompromising quality. The food contains a very high meat content of up to 95%, using regional organic ingredients. How does Strayz support animal welfare?

1. Support funded through product sales

  • Every product sold funds direct donations for stray cats and dogs.

There are different donation categories:

  • Food donations: Sales of organic wet food generate specific donation amounts, for example 15 to 40 cents per tin, to help provide food for stray cats and dogs.
  • Medical support: Merchandise items such as socks, bags or jewellery generate fixed donation amounts, for example €4 per product, for vaccinations, worming treatments or flea treatments.
  • Neutering: Certain products directly help cover neutering costs with partner vets.

2. A sustainable approach to the stray animal problem

  • STRAYZ takes a structured approach by supporting organisations that work according to the TNR principle, which stands for Trap, Neuter, Release. The aim is to address uncontrolled breeding at its source and help reduce suffering over the long term.

3. Targeted support for smaller animal welfare organisations

  • The company works with smaller partner animal welfare organisations in various countries, including Germany, Austria, Romania, Spain and Croatia, many of which receive little or no state support.
  • The funds collected are transferred directly to the partner organisations every month.
  • To help partner organisations remain independent, STRAYZ covers a maximum of one third of an organisation’s donation needs.
